In preparation, the CIW will be in Orlando from Feb. 9-March 2nd, giving presentations about their work and inviting community members to join them for the final leg of their tour. Please let us know if your church, school, or organization would be interested in hosting a CIW member to speak about the conditions in the fields of Florida, as well as the farmworker-led and consumer-driven model that's finally changing the industry.

Ten day, ten city tour to take farmworkers, allies from Immokalee, to NC, OH, KY, TN, GA, and then back to Florida with a last stop in Publix's hometown of Lakeland, March (14th and 15th)

Friday and Saturday, March 14th and 15th, make plans to join the Coalition of Immokalee Workers and our allies for the culminating event of our 10-day, 10-city "Now is the Time" Tour. We will once again extend the call to Florida's hometown grocer, Publix, to join the Fair Food Program.

On the heels of last month's historic agreement with Walmart, and as unprecedented changes continue to take root in Florida's agricultural industry, "Now is the Time" for Publix to accompany us on "the sunlit path to justice."
