Position: Senior Business object manager/architect

Location: Florham Park, NJ

Duration: Longterm

 

Description:

·         Provide Architecture and technology framework for implementation

·         Provide overall architecture to ensure end to end solution is scalable

·         Work with Domain teams to understand business needs

·         Review design of various streams to ensure end to end architecture is intact

·         Create Architectural Design Decision (ADD) along with Client Architect(s)

·         Ensure NFR requirements are documented and met

·         Direct the development team in providing right technical solution

·         Validate HCL's understanding of the requirements through interactions with client team

·         Recommend standard patterns and service frameworks and templates to aid the execution of the project

·         Interact and co-ordinate the efforts of the release team during development, design and testing

·         Understand and validate the solution infrastructure

·         Define the common libraries required for development

·         Reporting Tools: Business Objects XI 4.0/3.1/R2/6.x/5.x (ZABO, Designer, Central Management Console, Data Integrator Services, Web Intelligence, Dashboard Designer), Crystal Reports (XI/10/9.0/8.5/8.0/7.0), Crystal Analysis 8.5, Crystal Enterprise (10/9.0/8.5) SAP Dashboard Designer, Xcelsius 2008/4.5, Design Studio, QAAWS, Live Office, Oracle Business Intelligence 10.1.3.x,

·         Data Bases: Teradata VR12, Oracle 10g/9i/8.x, SQL Server 2005/2000, DB2, MS Access and SAP BW 7.3

·         Operating Systems: Windows XP/2000/NT 4.0/98, MS-DOS, IBM AIX 6.1 and UNIX.

·         Other Tools: Erwin 4.1, Rational Rose, SQL/PL-SQL, Business Objects Metadata Management (BOMM), Data quality, SQL Server Reporting 2005/2000, Informatica 7.1, Data Stage 7.1, MySQL 4.1, RapidSQL 7x, SQL Assistant 6.1/ and TOAD.
