· Experience with using performance tools and techniques to simulate large enterprise environments, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Java Spring, WAS, JBOSS, Oracle, JSON, IOS, Android
· Demonstrated ability to design and create automated performance tests and frameworks.
· Knowledge of common performance flaws such as transaction response times, buffer overflows, memory swap, cache size, resource utilization.
· Experience with enterprise software and an understanding of networking.
· Ability to work in an Agile, continuous integration environment.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
