Project Manger / Business Analyst    

Location: NYC

Duration: Long term

Client: Department Of Education

 

NEED LOCALS OR NEAR BY…. FACE TO FACE REQUIRED

 

·      Minimum of 8 years' experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation

·         IIBA CBAP or CAPM Certification (Highly desired)

·         2 years of experience conducting elicitations and defining requirements for new initiatives

·         Business modeling techniques and standards such as UML.

·         Use Case/User Story development

·         Meeting planning, facilitation, interviewing, and presentation skills.

·         Working with stakeholders to define and develop business processes and procedures

·         Defining and documenting new systems and operational processes through various elicitation techniques.

 

Desired

·         Estimation and schedule development

·         Software development lifecycle, and various technologies

·         Test documentation and procedures.

·         Enterprise architecture
