Windows Operational engineer

Overview:
- Client is a large financial services company. They are transforming their data-center to an private cloud model utilizing the Microsoft Cloud Platform System (CPS). CPS is a pre-configured cluster (stamp) of 4 racks on MS Windows Server 2012 R2 data center edition with Hyper V utilized to virtualize the servers. The servers will be completed pre-configured with minimal stand up actions needed. Hyper V and the Active Directory forests will be pre-configured, federation will be setup and interconnection with the clients AD forest is completed.
- These roles will be operationally focused, providing 24x7x365 operational support as well as managing the pre configured stamps utilizing SCOM, SCVMM, and SCDPM. The operational engineers roles will be 10 hour shifts 4 days on 3 off, rotational, meaning you must be willing to work 2nd, 3rdshift and weekends.
- Your responsibilities will be, utilizing the Microsoft management tools, to monitor, manage and ensure the stability of the MS CPS private cloud. Utilizing the CPS operational guides, you will investigate and resolve performance issues, deployment issues and day-to-day operational issues.
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs Windows Engineering & system administration experience on the Windows platform inclusive of: {MS Win Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Edition or MS Win Server 2012 R2}
- Working in a Data Center environment is a HUGE PLUS
- Operations Support & Monitoring of Windows servers as a Virtual machine (Hyper-V)
Experience utilizing Microsoft management tools including:
- MS System Center Virtual Machine Manager(SCVMM)
- MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- MS System Center Data Protection Manager (SCDPM)
Scrum Coach

The Scrum Coach will work with specific teams to assist them to implement and improve their Agile Practices. We are seeking a Coach who can set up new teams, including providing interactive Agile Basic training. He or she will work with teams to become effective and efficient in their use of Agile Practices. Additionally, the team coach will assess the Agile Maturity of the teams and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable. Other functions include supporting existing teams, and performing Agile Adoption, as well as helping teams to address organizational impediments by communicating and educating various levels of management.
Requirements:
- Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills with the ability to read an organization and bring the right people into the team at the right time to get impediments resolved
- Strong understanding and ability to articulate the business value of specific Agile Practices
- Has provided classroom or workshop style training to beginners and management
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, FDD, SAFe etc.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- The ability to distinguish between what "is Scrum" what is "not Scrum"
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
