Job Description:

Responsible to review the design documents created during the POC phase and recommend changes/ updates as needed for the production environment. Assist customer in next phases of Lync 2013 project for - Proof of Technology (POT)/ Proof of Acceptance (POA) for migration of existing users from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013. Provide the hands-on support for Lync 2013 migration in Production environment. Resolve migration issues, coordinate with various vendors, create procedure documents in various next phases of project. Responsible for the transition/ cut over to the production support team post full production deployment. Closely work with customer in various integration points for Lync 2013 since Voice and Video are the new capabilities being added as part of this migration.
