Position: Tibco PM Lead

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Desired skills and responsibilities:

 

·         TIBCO SENIOR LEAD ABLE TO MANAGE TIBCO PROJECTS AND MANAGER CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS WITH 8-9 YEARS EXP

·         Managing the offshore and Onsite teams and able to interact with customer on all technical and managerial tasks in handling and delegating the tasks

·         Need to have strong 8 years of experience in managing the TIBCO teams (both onsite and offshore)

·         Good knowledge and hands on experience working on TIBCO suite of products (TIBCO BW,EMS, Hawk, Adapters, Administrator)

Analysis and Design

·         Gather Requirement(s) & analysis of the same Code and design reviews

·         Prepare design documents and program specification

·         Participate in design reviews Resolve design issues Interact with customers and users as required to perform the tasks.

Development

·         Execute module as per the process set for the project

·         Develop test case design and test checklists

·         Conduct integration/system/ performance &other kinds of tests

·         Conduct code reviews Maintain quality process standards Code / Test complex areas of the application.

·         Authorize design changes after consultations with customer

·         Co-ordinate with the group and allocate tasks to group members

·         Motivate team members and provide direction and guidance

·         Provide technical assistance to team members Coordinates & Liaison with external &internal teams

·         Managing the offshore and Onsite teams and able to interact with customer on all technical and managerial tasks in handling and delegating the tasks Need to have strong 8 years of experience in managing the TIBCO teams (both onsite and offshore) Good knowledge
