·         Testing Experience, Testing Processes -Must

·         HP ALM, QTP

·         PL SQL

·         Communication Skill – Must

·         Siebel Back ground   -- Good to have

·         CRM and Financial Domain Experience  --   Good to have

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Analyzing the requirements, writing the test plan, scripts and execution

·         Regression testing

·         Effective use of ALM for defect tracking

·         Attending meetings and handling the calls

·         Proactive

 

GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS:

·         Presentation skills

·         Writing skills

·         Documentation skills
