•           Scrum Certified, 5 years experience running multiple scrum teams, Should be technical enough to understand and chase issues to resolution, should be comfortable working on extremely fast paced environment.

•           IT Project Management/Scrum Master experience managing data integration projects using waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies

•           Referenceable experience within Big Data or Data Warehousing client environment

•           Healthcare industry experience and understanding

•           Experienced/strong emphasis on User Story development.

•           Hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle

•           Experience with project estimation, forecasting, status reporting and issues and risk management

•           Healthcare industry experience is preferable

•           PMP and Scrum Certification is a preferable

•           Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
