Technical/Functional Skills      

 

•             Hands on Experience with EtQ Reliance v7 or v8 or v9 or v10 or v11

•             Experience with Python scripting

•             Experience with  RDBMS concepts and Oracle 11g (PL/SQL)

•             Experience with a GxP compliant system

•             Experience with bug fixing, solution development, documentation of design and technical documents

 

Nice to have

 

•             Java/Java script  experience

•             Unix scripting experience

 

Roles & Responsibilities            

 

•             Provide L2/L3 support

•             Co-ordinate the team in Onsite-Offshore support  model

•             Work with globally dispersed users

•             Able to understand and manage priorities

•             Gather and understand the business requirements and provide optimal technical solutions in time

•             Participate in technical and functional discussions with the customer and other stakeholders

•             Perform Impact Analysis of issue in the Application

•             Status reporting

 

Generic Managerial Skills          

 

•             Must have very good written and verbal communication skill

•             Must be self-motivated and pro-active

•             Need to show constant dynamism and able to manage pressure of support

•             Able to manage the time effectively to incorporate various requests from customer

•             Able to work with demanding customer
