 Must Have:

·         Cisco Unified Communication Express & Cisco Unity express.

·         Cisco Unity, Unity Connection voicemail products

·         Cisco TelePresence

·         Cisco Meetingplace/Meetingplace Express

·         Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers, ISR G2 Routers and Analog gateways)

·         Trunks, E1/ T1(CAS,CCS), FXS /FXO etc

·         Gatekeepers,H323, SIP Proxy , CUBE

·         Gateway and VG224 configurations

·         Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCC

·         Cisco SRST

·         Cisco Emergency Responder

·         Cisco Routing and switching background w/QOS experience

·         Cisco Hardware & Software

·         Dial Plan design experience required.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

·         Minimum of five years of related network / IP Telephony administration and support experience

·         Minimum of four years of related experience in network environments, including network engineering (hardware and software),

·         Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills are required

·         Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required

·         Install, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications products in the context of the customer¡¦s production environment.

·         Troubleshoot multi-vendor implementations as required.

·         Act as the technical lead on larger projects, dividing work amongst multiple resources and providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff members
