Interview: Phone and Skype

Oracle DBA with GoldenGate and ODI AND OID or OUD

ODI 12c  - mandatory/Guru

OID or OUD - mandatory/Guru

Golden Gate and how it works with ODI - mandatory

Patching/backups/restores/upgrades/monitoring/troubleshooting/tuning

Excellent communication skills

Someone who can lead the projects and drive for success without much direction

CDC is a Nice to have.
