Position: Sr. Informatica Developer w/ PowerCenter

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6+ Month/ Contract 

Interview: Phone and In Person

Start Date is immediately

Senior Informatica Developer with experience utilizing PowerCenter Advance Edition. Core responsibilities include working with one or more project teams in defining the integration architecture, development of "best of breed" environments, mentorship of ETL teams, methodology, and troubleshooting integration issues. 

Must have a thorough understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence environments and the ability to articulate the overall data warehouse strategy to all levels of management.

 

Position Requirements include:

•4+ years with Informatica software applications

•Proven experience developing, growing, and leading within a practice area

•Experience with unix shell scripting

•Experience developing advanced mapping and transformations

•Experience in creating and managing workflows using Informatica Workflow Manager

•Experience Migration of mappings and transformations from one environment to another

•Experience in data integrity, security and application performance

•Creates technical specifications and manages test case development.

•Configures the Informatica application components

••Manages unit and integration test to verify that the application is operating per the client's requirements.

•Manages the development of the security within the application, database and operating system.

•Troubleshoots access, availability and performance issues.

•Manages all interfaces of common data sources and stored procedures.

•Knowledge of at relational DBMS and SQL

•Manages issue and defect tracking

•Strong analysis and problem solving skills.

•Strong knowledge of standard software development methodologies.

•Willing to travel

Experience with Informatica PowerExchange  a plus
