Solution Architects assess a project's technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project's
technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementatio
n. The scope of the Solution Architect's role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Solution Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspect
s of the technical solution as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
• 10+ years of consulting/system implementation experience required
• Experience with 5+ full lifecycle system implementations
• 5-10 years of development management experience
• Experience managing the daily interactions and data/file transfer between an onshore functional team with an offshore development team
• Experience with one of the following systems is a must; NetSuite, Just Enough or JDA
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong Project planning skills
• JIRA experience a plus.
