Technical Leader responsible for story deliverables through

 

- A variant of Scaled Agile Framework events

- Facilitate Backlog Grooming at the Product, Release and Sprint Level

- Help unblock story execution

- Communicate commitments of teams and progress on program increment to stakeholders

 

What skills/attributes are a must have?

Technical background in development.

 

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

RALLY

ALM

MS Project

 

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

Certified Scrum Master
