Services and based in Charlotte, NC 28211.  In
Your skills are needed to assist a market leader in Food Supportposition you will be working as a senior Database Administrator and MySQL SME (subjectmatted expert) responsible for training/mentoring a DBA team on Database Architecture, Configuration, Administration, Management and Performance Optimization 

1.      Minimum 8 Yrs of MYSQL database admin experience, desired 10+ Yrs

2.      Solid understanding of HA, partitioning, archiving solutions and should have experience in setting it up

3.      Complete suite of database 'Backup and Recovery' strategies, methods and process

4.      MySQL database monitoring, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

5.      SME level of experience: Ability to evaluate the health check of the database, fine-tune and provide recommendations

6.      Mentoring and documentation skills

7.      Good communication skills

8.      Should have basic understanding of RedHat Linux OS

9.      Good cross functional and experience working w/remote teams

10.    Good collaboration skills and experience with project and goal oriented mindset
