Job Title: IAM ( Identity and Access Management )

Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

Duration: Long Term

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Duties Include

●      Work with business analyst and customers, analyze, design, code, implement, test, and debug Identity management interfaces.

●      Develop and execute test plans to support infrastructure and software upgrades and release.

●      Document technical designs and support knowledge base

●      Provide support including deployments, upgrades, and implementation of infrastructure changes in a 99.99% uptime production environment as well as pre-production and development environment.

●      Provide 2nd / 3rd level support to Helpdesk and departmental staff in identifying and resolving identity management related issues.

 

Minimum Requirements

●      Experience with Enterprise (20,000+ Users) IAM solution integration and implementation.

●      Experience with UNIX, Windows, Linux, web apps, databases, strong authentication, operating systems and network security protocols and procedures.

●      Knowledge in IAM-related standards such as SAML, WS-Federation, SOAP,WS-Security, WS-Trust, LDAP, XACML, Open-ID, OAuth and all versions of ADFS

●      Proficiency in data manipulation and extraction techniques

●      Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

●      Strong customer service skills

●      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

●      Ability to work in a dynamic development environment and adjust to frequently-changing priorities and project plans

 

Desired Skills (Optional)

●      7+ years of Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).

●      7+ years of Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.

●      7+ years of Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.

●      Experience with Cron job, Shellscript, Version control (SVN)

●      Experience with Web application security implementation is a plus

●      Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and resolving user-based application problems

●      Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, NetIQ) a plus.

●      Knowledge / experience with NetIQ Identity Management

●      Knowledge / experience with Active Directory

●      Experience with CyberArk

●      Knowledge or working experience with ITIL concepts.

●      Working knowledge of SuSE Linux.

●      Experience in a Health Care or Academic Organizations

●      Knowledge of Security Standards including HIPAA
