JOb Descripiton:-

·         Monitoring Tools the team uses:  Infogix Insight, Inetco Insight, Gasper, Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

·         IBM Omnibus is a monitoring tool that will translate

·         SQL background needed

·         MS Access background needed

·         Java and C programming knowledge is a plus
