Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the lead programmer on multiple projects
• Ability to estimate project tasks, ensuring delivery of projects on-time and to specification
• Being self-directed and architecturally innovative.
• Help analyze, design, code, test, debug and provide enhancements to existing software
• Work closely with team as well as interfacing with various external Client and Business Groups.
• Ability to build, test and deliver large custom promotions, support on smaller promotions when needed.
• Manage and support a small team of promotion devs by mentoring, assigning project tasks. Handle day to day personnel
• Hold regular staff meetings to maintain alignment with team goals and overall company goals.
• Be available after hours if production or client problems arise
• Continue education to keep skill sharp
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with disparate departments within organization (PM's, PCs, UX, IT Producers etc.)
• Lead by example and communicate effectively

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, MCSD certification or other level of industry certification.
• Minimum 6 years working with Microsoft .Net (MVC, ASP .NT, C#, SQL server)
• Experience using various separation patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and MVP
• Minimum 2 years' experience with SOA architectures and REST API's
• Minimum 6 years working experience with SQL Server or other advanced level databases
• Strong database modeling skills
• Experience with Object-relation mapping (ORM) using Entity Framework, Linq-To-Sql or NHibernate
• Excellent oral and written professional communication skills that project a positive, professional image

Experience with:
• . Net 4.0/4.5, ASP.NET, MVC 4/5, C# w/Razor, LINQ to SQL, Entity Framework 5+, Generics, Visual Studios 2010/2012, Subversion, ADO.NET, CSS, XSLT, Java Script, JQuey, Ajaz and UML, SOA architectures
• OOA & OOD concepts
• Windows OS Environment
• Cross-browser and interface testing
• SQL Server performance tuning
• Troubleshooting & debugging internet technologies
• Source code control tools SVN, GIT

• Perform code reviews, implement best practices
Unit testing, integration testing, load testing, xUnit, AutoFixture, Moq etc.
• Troubleshooting & debugging Internet technologies
