Role: Embedded Engineer (Firmware)
Location: Peachtree City, GA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Minimum requirements:
· Significant direct experience in scrum processes, including acting as the scrum master.
· Experience setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
· Experience facilitating daily standups.
Desired:
· Basic firmware analysis and design experience
· Direct experience with Agile/scrum in an embedded firmware development environment
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP)
· Demonstrates servant leadership style
· Direct experience with helping an organization adopt Scrum methodologies
Technical/Functional Skills :
ANSI C programming
Experience with UART, I2C, SPI, IRQ, flash
In-circuit emulator/debugger
Software testing
Oscilloscope/lab tools
Good written and spoken English skills
Nice to have:
ARM core
IAR compiler and IDE
Assembler (ASM) programming
Version control
Embedded linux knowledge
Wireless protocols
Must have skills*
Gemfire, Java Spring Framework.
Good to have skills*
Experience with Agile Methodology.
Key responsibilities*
Development of Gemfire development projects.
