Client is looking to add a BA/PM to its ADLM Process and Quality team to help deploy common ADLM tools across the organization. Interviews would be phone screen first and then face to face.

This is a 50/50 hybrid role between BA and PM skill sets. Ideal candidates will be those with strong experience in ADLM Tools (HPE ALM and Microsoft VSTS/TFS), a process standardization background and change management in ADLM/SDLC. A candidate that is also a strong communicator, negotiator, has solid stakeholder management skills, and an ability to manage up and down the organization would be a good fit. International experience is a big plus.
• Work within Client's Process and Quality team to define and deploy common process tools for Application Development Lifecycle Management (ADLM) including the processes of Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Build and Test.
• Create and drive a project plan to consolidate Client tools onto standard ADLM/SDLC tools (project planning, project scoping, budgeting, resource management, stakeholder management, etc.).
• Assist in the configuration of ADLM common process tools. and Support ADLM Process Managers in developing and documenting ADLM process/future process deliverables/releases.
• Drive the training and education planning and execution of ADLM common process tools.
• Promote ADLM processes/practices/tools throughout Global IT and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years industry experience
• 5+ years ADLM experience (Requirements, Design, Build and Test)
• 2+ years HPE ALM OR Microsoft VSTS/TFS Experience
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience in metrics development, reporting and analysis.
• Able to effectively use project management and office productivity software
• Demonstrates negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Change communication and education experience
• Ability to travel internationally
• Understanding of industry ADLM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years HPE ALM AND Microsoft TFS/VSTS Experience
• Relationship building at all levels and cross-function / platform
• Ability to analyze complex situations and implement solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) with American Society of Quality.
• ITIL knowledge and experience.
• Work experience in multiple countries.
• Non-English language skills
• PMP Certification
• BABOK Certification
• TFS/VSTS Experience
• HPE ALM Experience
• ARIS Experience
• IBM Rationale Suite (ClearQuest and Requisite Pro) Experience
• SAP Solution Manager Experience
