Position : Performance Test Architect
Location : Santa Clara,CA
Duration : 2 months (extendable up to 6 months)



Job description :

· 7-9 Years of IT experience. Out of which more than 5 years in Performance Testing & engineering assignments.

· Should be hands on & willing to play the role of a Performance Testing Lead. Should be willing to play an individual contributors role on given situations

· Should be experienced in carrying out performance testing/engineering consulting assignments o Current state assessment, landscape understanding, portfolio of required performance engineering services, estimations & proposals

· Proven in strategy/planning & implementation ? Proven exposure to identify bottlenecks & recommendations for enterprise applications varying in Architecture & Deployment complexity

· Should have experience with the following o Performance Testing – n-tier Web Applications (Microsoft/Java Platforms), Rich Internet Applications, Client/Server, web Services (SOAP, REST), Middle technologies (JMS, MQ, TIBCO), Packaged Applications (SAP/Peoplesoft/Siebel/Oracle e-Business suite)

· Should possess strong hand-on in testing Siebel Web, and remote

· Baselining, Benchmarking o Must have - Usage Pattern Analysis & work-load Modeling

· Be able to understand & determine bottlenecks in different databases
