Specialized Developer III

Location: Tulsa, OK

The developer will join the AA Cargo IT team in implementing a services oriented architecture (SOA) running on the IBM Websphere middleware stack (Websphere Application Server (WAS), Websphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB) and Websphere Process Server (WPS)).The platform will integrate data from legacy and external systems coming through Message Queue (MQ) and other formats and interface to Oracle databases as well as web service interfaces to other systems. Projects are implemented using an Agile methodology to incrementally deliver business value.

We are also planning to migrate from WPS to IBM Integration Bus (IIB) & WAS, so any migration experience would be an added advantage.

Strong background in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) development is required. Experience with enterprise integration design patterns, JPA, Websphere MQ, SQL, Agile, performance tuning, and web services technologies (WSDL/SOAP) are strongly desired.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who excel in an agile collaborative team environment and have strong communication skills. An eye for the larger picture and a proactive attitude towards solving problems is essential.
