| •Salesforce.com Lead with strong development experience in in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers with at least 6 years experience in Salesforce environment
• Candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions for our clients, using Apex and Visualforce, Triggers and often leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to effectively communicate with customer, developers, management and senior management.
• Strong leadership skills – ability to provide work direction to application developers; ability to navigate grey areas; ability to prioritize work/issues; ability to work with cross-functional resources/teams and vendors
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong customer management skills – ability to understand customer needs and prioritize; ability to drive customer to focus on priorities; ability to work with customer on options/trade-off and drive to a mutually agreeable position |
