Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint 2007/2010/2013, Windows Sever 2008/2012, Active Directory, SQL Server and IIS
Experience troubleshooting SharePoint system errors
Experience with customizing out-of-the-box web parts with SharePoint Designer
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Sharepoint Workspace, Infopath, Visio)
Experience with Web Development (CSS, HTML, jQuery, XML)
Experience installing Service Packs, Critical Updates
Comfortable helping users over the phone, instant message or in person
Desired Qualifications:
Nintex workflows
Experience with Sharepoint migrations
Experience with administering SharePoint farms with PowerShell
Experience implementing SharePoint solutions
Experience with PowerPivot, PowerQuery, or Tableau
Experience with Nintex Workflows and Forms
Responsibilities:
SharePoint Administrator position is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the enterprise systems that support critical operations and initiatives. This position is responsible keeping them highly available, ensuring that they are configured to meet defined functional requirements, conducting application upgrades in alignment with a defined Change Management Process, and maintaining systems documentation.
SharePoint Administration – Installation, configuration, upgrades/updates and support SharePoint 2010/2013 farms
Create system documentation and standard operating procedures for administration of SharePoint farms
Disaster Recovery and High Availability Planning, Configuration, and Testing
Tier 2/3 escalation and support activities (on-call)
Deploy and configure search, sites, web parts, content types, workflows, solutions, etc.
Create/edit/troubleshoot complex SharePoint Designer Workflows
Create/edit/troubleshoot InfoPath Forms
Support and train end users on SharePoint use and Best Practices
Assist, coordinate, and evaluate 3rd party tools for integration with SharePoint
Performance tuning and monitoring
