CA-IDM 12.5 (identity manager)
- 10 + years of experience (they've been looking for 3 weeks and everyone they find has the ca IDM 12.5, but not the Policy Express)
- Good product knowledge
- Able to adapt to changes (this person will be implementing policies through user cases which often change)
- Good comm skills
