Job Description

Experience Required : 5+ years in Planview Enterprise

Good to Have Skills : Planview Enterprise, Planview Insight Analytics, Business Objects

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Support of Planview
  
• Leverages subject matter expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues tdrive resolution and determine root cause
  
• Co-ordinate with SaaS vendor for resolution of hosting infrastructure issues in SaaS hosted Planview
  
• Coordinates issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required
  
• Effectively coordinates and communicates issues resolution with end-users 
  
• Correlates related production issues and assesses trends tidentify broader improvement opportunities

Enhancements for Planview V11.3

• Leads the Requirements Gathering, Development and Deployment of new features and functionality
  
• Translates business requirements inttechnology solutions. Clearly defines and communicates targeted functional solution via functional design specifications
  
• Verifies technical designs satisfy functional requirements
  
• Leads/participates in iterative solution design and prototyping efforts

Mentoring and Development

• Supports the development of less-experienced analysts through coaching and mentoring
  
• Supports team building and internal process improvement efforts
  
• Leads/influences groups though effective decision making

Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will alsconsider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  
• At least 5 years of experience with skillsets

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience on Planview Enterprise, Planview OpenSuite Integration Platform
  
• Experience in designing and developing Reports using Planview Insight Analytics. 
  
• Hands-on knowledge of OLAP Technology tcreate Ad-hoc reports. 
  
• Experience in Reports design using Planview Analytics and Reporting Portal - Leverage multiple reporting tools such as Reporting Services, BUniverses, OLAP cubes, Planview Database and Datamart
  
• Experience in designing Reports and Dashboards using Reporting Tool such as Business Objects, Cognos, Microsoft Power BI
  
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server)
  
• Experience in supporting or implementing Product PortfoliManagement using Planview Enterprise
  
• Experience in supporting or implementing Resource Management and Financial Management using Planview Enterprise
  
• Experience in using Workflows for automating Idea tLaunch process for Products in Planview
  
• Experience and desire twork in a Global delivery environment
  
• Planview Enterprise Customization and Configuration for Resource Management, Portfolio Management, Financial Management and Demand Management
