Must Have:

·         6+ years of Business/Systems analysis experience for complex software projects

·         3+ years experienced in architecture and design of the ETL environment.

·         3+ years of experience in Data Analysis/Modeling and Profiling

·         Strong written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills including ability to manage conflict resolution of requirements

·         years' experience in SQL, PL/SQL and SQL Server Quick learning and adaptabilty skills with an cross-platform solutioning experience

·         Ability to develop and motivate a team and make strategic decisions

·         3-5 years' experience with SDLC using both agile and waterfall methodologies
