Position: SeviceNow Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX or Washington, DC

Duration: 12+ Month/ Contract 

Interview: Phone and Skype

Only USC

Looking for someone more technical not managerial. 

- Maintain some architecture & coding standards 

- Very technical oriented 

- Want a developer who is solid manager. 

- Admin - talked alot requirement gathering, service catalog, all over the map. 

- They really were focused on Architecture, knowledge of the system, less about they led the team. 

US CITS- Active Secret would be HUGE plus

 Become familiar with the ServiceNow instance and functionality and begin learning the current migration/release process.

How will their Performance be measured: Performance will be measured by a resource's attention to detail, ability to problem-solve independantly, manage multiple streams of work concurrently, being proactive , and displaying strong commitment and ownership of their work.
 

Basic Quals-

Minimum of  3+ years ServiceNow experience, inlcuding release management, QA of ServiceNow update sets, performance management and code optimization, Prod SIR troubleshooting and resolution, and monitoring integration with external systems.

Intangible skills-

The ServiceNow system administrator should be a quick learner that can independantly problem solve, balance multiple work streams concurrently, and work collaboratively within the team and across other teams to migrate code and monitor system functionality with high quality.
