The SAP IT – Order to Cash (OTC) role is focused on providing solution designs to meet business-related requirements in compliance with client's Global SAP Design Model.  The SAP COE Lead collaborates with Global and Regional Order to Cash teams to understand current business processes and business requirements to ensure technology investments support and enhance strategic objectives.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own, manage and nurture the SAP Global Design Model for Order to Cash.
• Own, manage and nurture continuous process improvements according to business strategies.
• Perform management duties over the Order to Cash and Service LifeCycle Management IT team members which include employees and contract resources
• Demand Management of team workload and measuring deliverables per SLAs
• Semi-annual and Annual Employee Performance evaluations
• Resource Forecasting for system support and projects
• Work with IT Leadership to assess and establish enterprise priorities for key initiatives and investments.
• Provide strategic consultancy support to assigned customers in defining business processes and solutions. 
• Provide support to Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and/or Business Analysts in the development of Business Cases (scope, functionality, cost).
• Participate in the development and documentation of business processes based on business requirements and functional designs for major initiatives ensuring an end-to-end process solution.
• Provide leadership to ensure system implementation meets defined business requirements and aligns with to-be business processes.
• Maintains awareness of SAP process strengths, supported best practices and development release schedule to assist in defining future direction.
• Monitor project throughout project phases/stage gates to ensure design solution enables business requirements, escalate to PMO as needed.
• Ensure detailed project designs maintain architectural design standards/principles related to reusable services, common technology, and strategic technical capabilities.
• Approval of functional and technical specification documents.
• Lead and/or provide support in SAP technical system configuration.
• Facilitate discussions, gain consensus by providing/explaining solutions corresponding to business requirements.
• The Trusted Advisor of business solution designs using SAP technology.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or related field – Master's Degree/MBA desired;
• 5+ years in a management role;
• 8+ years experience operating in a complex Information Technology department;
• Experience with SAP Industrial Manufacturing solution is desired;
• Experience implementing at least 2 large-scale or complex IT projects, preferably in a hands on functional lead role for new SAP implementation;
• At least 8+ years of ERP, CRM, SLM experience including SAP Release ECC 6.0 (preferably with Lead and Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, Sales Contracts, Product Configuration, Revenue Management, Sales Distribution (Order Management), Logistics Execution (Pick/Pack/Ship), Service Request Management, Warranty & Claims Management, Service Contracts & Renewals, and Service Level Agreements, basic EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) concepts);
• Experienced working with global outsourced environment;
• Strong process and process improvement orientation; Proficient in SAP configuration, strong knowledge of IDocs, Output Conditions,  and master data to drive business process, MS/Office Products, Third Party Sourcing and Management, Project management, Exceptional written and verbal skills.
