Job Title: QA Analyst

Location: Dear born, MI

Duration: 3+ Months

Job Summary:                                                    

The QA Analyst will be responsible for project related test execution and day-to-day quality assurance test scripts. The QA Analyst ensures solution quality and is responsible for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with technical specifications. This individual may work with multiple workstreams related to their assigned projects, work with the JIRA process and ensure consistency through the testing framework.

 

Essential Job Functions:      

1. Application testing and quality assurance.

2. Analyze, review and assess requirements, specifications and application for testability.

3. Actively participate in technical review meetings to understand business requirements , strategy and delivery constraints.

 4. Determine test effort for test planning and execution.

5. Develop test plans, test models and test scripts, including conditions and expected results.

6. Participate in test plan peer reviews.

 

Other Responsibilities:                                       

1. Prepare or create test data needed for test execution.

2. Implement test on all appropriate level (e.g., system integration, end-to-end and package acceptance tests), execute tests and document the results.

3. Evaluate the results and document the deviations from expected results.

4. Measure the performance of the application, track test incident/defects and resolutions.

5. Automate tests where applicable.

6. Daily testing on various browsers and devices including desktop, tablet and mobile.
