Microsoft Operations Support Manager 

Location-Chicago, IL

Duration: 12+ Month / Contract 

Interview: Phone and an In Person

Must be USC, GC or EAD- GC, No H1

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years relevant experience in technical leadership and/or technology consulting on large enterprise projects around Infrastructure design products including:

  • Implementation

  • Configuration

  •  Development

  • Support

• 5+ years of experience in designing end to end data infrastructure solutions

• Experience with data architecture standards design and implementation including:

  • Strategy

  • User experience

  • Performance

  • Controls

  • Stability and quality

  • Innovation

  • Enterprise security requirements

• Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, Web Servers

• Microsoft IIS, Apache, JBOSS, Authentication, Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS, SSO

• Data Analytics, QlikView, Tableau, Dynamic Reporting, etc.

• Experience working with cloud, containers, and micro services architectures

• Experience in IaaS and PaaS implementations covering monitoring, configuration management, and orchestration

• Knowledge of web concepts, infrastructure technologies and tools

• Demonstrated experience working on projects that span multiple IT functions/standards

• Experience in designing topologies for highly available, distributed systems
