| Essentials | 1. Configuration automation using Puppet & Foreman 2. Strong knowledge on Linux and Unix 3. Build and Deployment automation and Continuous integration through Jenkins. 4. Application Build, Deployment & Release to Dev, UAT and production environments (primarily Java based applications) 5. Code retrofit to various environments. Keeping the Production & Test environments in sync. 6. Application server (like Tomcat, Weblogic) maintenance in UAT environments, and setting up new application server for new applications, on request. 7. Application Version Management in SVN and GIT repositories. |
