Project Manager w/ STIBO System experience

--need someone with  Stibo Systems step enterprise platform exp .

 

We have a client that runs retail stores in the midwest that has implementedStibo Systems STEP Enterprise Platform to support their Product Information Manager (PIM) and Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM).

 

Long story short they are still not able to fully operationalize the use of the PIM and flow data into their DAM (Digital Asset Manager).  The consultants that implemented it are gone (with some small support) and they are trying to get their arms around the issues and potential fixes.  Additionally they have no run book to define the business processes, schedules, monitoring, etc for running the system.

 

They were wondering if we could identify a resource with Stibo implementation experience that could help review the current implementation and help manage them through getting the tool fully operational.  So the requirements:

• Must have experience managing an implementation and/or managing operations using Stibo
• Must be PIM/PLM functions in Stibo
• Must have retail (both stores and ecomm) experience
• Must have experience integrating with a DAM
• Nice to have the DAM be OpenText
• Nice to have actual configuration experience too but minimally must have managerial experience in Stibo environment
