Duration: 12+ Months

The Client is looking for Senior Level Technical Architect for an approximately 12-month engagement on the Department's application system enhancement and maintenance work assigned to IT Web Services.  This position will be an integral part of the web services team maintaining systems such as contactUS, Adopt a Highway, our Hydraulics systems, and Rail Systems.  This position will be coding APIs and retrofitting existing applications as well as new services needed to keep our application portfolio current. This dedicated resource is required to continually maintain our current application portfolio.   

• Advanced experience and knowledge in information system architecture, system design patterns, and integration
• ASP.NET(C#), .NET 4.6
• Web API 2 / WCF, MVC 5 / WebForms
• SharePoint 2013 development (CSOM, Workflows)
• Entity Framework 6
• MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and stored procedure
• Proficiency using Team Foundation Server and GIT
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server/IIS platform
• Responsive Web design
• Self-motivated and self-driven is a must, ability to work on a team with limited supervision
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working directly with clients is a plus
