Job Description :

 

• We are looking for a Dynamics CRM resource with CTI integration capabilities.
• Primarily someone who has done integration with Dynamics CRM Click to dial or Mitel MiContact Center.
• Someone at a doer level - 6-8 years of experience with some knowledge of Architecture, technically hands on with reporting services (SSRS/ SSIS) from Dynamics CRM.
