Strong understanding of networking, and performance in a distributed environment.
Solid understanding of web development and web technologies.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Strong product and engineering ownership, able to make product and engineering decisions that make sense over the long
