Business Analyst
Client is looking to hire several BA's- different skill levels same skillset:
•    Jr: 2-4+ years BA experience
•    Mid: 5-7+ years BA experience
•    Sr: 7+ years BA experience


MUST HAVE:
•    Strong prior Business Analyst experience
o    Candidates with experience as a BA within the transportation or logistics industry will be considered first
•    Strong business knowledge, with hands-on experience in defining business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
•    Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks
•    Knowledge of cross functional project management techniques
•    Experience in monitoring and reporting to IT and process/function owner on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts
•    Provide analytical expertise within an assigned business unit/area, in the analysis, design, and development of business applications
•    Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
•    Ability to own and drive issues to resolution, sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills
•    Experience developing and executing testing strategies & test scripts

NICE TO HAVE:
•    Engineering or process analysis education or experience
•    6 Sigma green belt
•    IIBA Certifications
o    Certified Business
