 Must Have:

ü  RHCE certified associate

ü  Hands on experience with mass Linux server deployment in Virtualized environment

ü  Hands on experience with Server Hardening and Performance Tuning

ü  Hand on experience with following services/protocols on RHEL: LDAP, PAM, HTTP, SSL, SSH, DNS, NFSv4, Kerberos, CIFS, FTP, SNMP

ü  Hands on experience with configuring/troubleshooting servers with Remote Storage

ü  Ability to configure and maintain centralized Authentication and Authorization mechanism for RHEL

ü  Understanding of VMware Virtualization products

ü  Strong Websphere experience: familiarity and hands-on experience in WebSphere Web Application Server implementation, deployment, clustering, and network integration

ü  WebSphere Application Server configuration, deployment, tuning, and troubleshooting, including patch and maintenance upgrades

ü  Good scripting knowledge in Bash, Perl, and Python scripting
