JOB DESCRIPTION 
The Database Administrator Senior is solutions oriented, working closely with the Client architecture/development team, on all aspects of database administration. 

Job Description: 
The DBA will review and assist in database design, database architecture, database performance, and review/develop database stored procedures that effectively support the Client project. 
The DBA will be responsible for ensuring the solution is supported and changes implemented to agree to design. 
The senior DBA ensures data base integrity and that data is available for retrieval. The success of a database environment depends on central control of database design, implementation, and use. This central control and coordination is the role of the database administrator (DBA) and will also include the development and design of database strategies, system monitoring and improving database performance and capacity, and planning for future expansion requirements. 
They will review storage needs and database design to use the storage most effectively. 
They will review database logs and work with client and developers looking for performance improvements. 
Develop the initial framework or platform of the solution which each developer will use to build the solution 
Establishing database procedures and standards; 
Leading on database design; 
Educating users and training for client DBA for new database 
Selecting applications suitable for the database system; 
Maintaining database documentation; and 
Administering the database. 

Requirements: 
At least ten years of experience as a SQL DBA on a large scale database. 
At least ten years of experience working with SQL database used by both front end web application and thick client. 
At least five years of experience with SSIS and SSRS 
At least five years of experience in database performance tuning. 
At least five years of experience as a Senior DBA leading other DBA's 
Database administration of a large system with multiple environments. 
Design & Build data warehouse 
Ability to write scripts (stored procedures) that read from mainframe and translate to modern technology 
Mainframe Experience 
SQL Server DBA with .Net, TFS, ASP.Net, HTML, MVC and tuning experience, object oriented programming, mainframe experience and data migration planning and strategy.



Job Title : Program Manager – IT M&A (USC & GC )

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Provides project management, support and oversight, across cross-functional areas, for post-merger integration for a single merger or acquisition. Develops and maintain individual and integration project plans. Prepares and delivers presentations for various audiences, including executives, team members and third-parties. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Project Planning, Project Management, and Project Execution for Merger activities: 
Facilitates project activities across the functional and business teams (including Finance, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, HR, Marketing, Technology, etc.). 
Scopes projects, identifies project deliverables, identifies resource required, and develops timelines. 
Creates consolidated project and program milestones, interdependencies and communication plans. 
Coordinates efforts of internal process owners and subject matter experts. 
Facilitates working sessions to define integration plans, activities, and contingency plans to eliminate obstacles and risks and to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of the various merger and transition events. 
Project Tracking, Project Reporting: 
Manages process to collecting updates across the integration team relating to progress on key activities (deliverable completion, issues, decision status, etc.) 
Reviews data and identifies areas that require additional investigation and follow ups with the business, functional and IT area. 
Consolidates data for review during integration and refines for executive reporting purposes. 
Facilitates working committee discussions and identifying issues, risks and key decisions that require escalation to the Executive Team and/or Integration Leadership Team. 
Conducts periodic checkpoint meetings upon completion of each integration phase or key activities within a phase to review outputs and confirm readiness to move forward to the next phase. 
Performs financial tracking of project resource and project spend and compares actual spend to budgeted dollars and budgeted timelines. 

Requirements & Preferred Skills: 
Seven years of post-merger integration related experience involving technology within the financial services industry. 
Demonstrated ability to assess, improve, and execute post-merger integration services across IT, Finance and Operations 
External management consulting experience providing post-merger integration services to clients, including project management, deployment, risk management and project development. 
Strong overall senior business consultant who has played a significant role in achieving performance targets within short timeframes. 
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and executives to achieve results. 
Proficient in PowerPoint presentation assembly and in Excel. 


Job Title : Oracle Exalogic / Exdata Consultant (USC & GC ONLY)

Key Skills & Experience: 

1) Expert Technical Knowledge and Configuration Experience of Exalogic and Exadata

4) Experience managing Engineered systems utilizing Cloud Control 12c and Oracle Ops center

Must Have(s)

3. Good understanding and knowledge of external interface requirements definitions, excellent communication skills. 
4. Conduct business analysis and develop functional specifications related to Benefits which will enhance processes and departmental efficiency using the PeopleSoft ERP System. 
5. Ability to present business requirements to the development tea m, to test and validate the

7. Good understanding of Oracle databases.

Maintain strong functional understanding of PeopleSoft in the areas of Human Capital Management to include HR, and Benefits. Seek self-improvement. 

Develop functional documentation and instructions for change management approval and production implementation. Assist the Benefits Team Leader to develop co-workers with cross-training of particular areas of technology. Assist Benefits Team Leader with project and system status reporting.
