Title : Senior Java Developer with ETL or Data Transformation
Location : Richmond, VA
Duration : 6 month (Contract To Hire)
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to meet project requirements
- Participate in planning sessions with product owner and project manager to analyze business requirements and define the proposed technical solution
- Conduct code and unit test reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- ETL or data transformation experience
- 3+ years of experience developing web user interfaces
- Senior-level technical experience with JavaScript/CSS/HTML5 and related libraries (AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap)
- Excellent knowledge of Browser/Web Server interaction
- Expert-level object-oriented analysis and design skills
- Significant experience with design patterns, especially related to GUIs
- Java, Spring, and Hibernate
- Must be able to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in financial systems
- Experience in building web drivers
