Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Dublin, OH

Duration: 12 + months Contract 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Java

JavaScript

SQL

the ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on experience. In addition, the candidate should be able to clearly communicate, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work independently or in a team setting. Must have an eye for detail. The candidate will work in an Agile Scrum environment and must be familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies, as well as how to best handle user experience within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, defining support procedures and implementation.

Drive the technological delivery of the project working in tandem with the Project Manager so as to ensure that all development/deployment/QA are in conformance with the design, strategy, and timeliness.

Assist in the design and development of basic solutions for the organization's core application systems.

Work with multiple development methodologies.

Perform application development using the syntax, structure, features and facilities of multiple programming languages.

Develop program specifications.

Should be familiar with: Tomcat, Jersey, Jackson, Hibernate, MySQL

Nice to haves: C#, Winforms
