Job Title: Oracle Developer.

Location:Jacksonville, FL.

Duration: 6+  months Contract. 

RATE: $45/Hr on C2C.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical expert in development skills and the technology life-cycle. 

Capable of coding and tuning programs for processing efficiency based on project requirements documentation. 

Code, debug, test and support utilities, tools, and frameworks to support the application development process. 

Document test cases, expected test results, test data requirements, and collaborate with testing teams and business partners to resolve testing problems. 

Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager. 

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology 

5 or more years' experience required in Software Applications Design and Development or Equivalent High School diploma/GED or Associates degree required 

7 or more years' experience required in Software Applications Design and Development 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology AND 7 or more years of experience in Software Applications Design and Development Knowledge and 

Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) 

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)concepts 

Ability to use multiple tools and techniques to facilitate the design, development, and 

integration of business systems 

5+ years' experience in Oracle database management system (DBMS) and PL/SQL 

XML(extensible Markup Language),Oracle spatial,ESRI Arc Products,FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) 

ArcObjects,TOAD
