Required:

•             5+ years technical experience working in a global environment

•             1+ years experience managing a Citrix environment with Citrix Presentation Server or XenApp

•             1+ years experience supporting Citrix Netscalers

•             1+ years experience supporting systems using Windows Server 2003/2008 in a corporate network environment

•             1+ years experience with the principles of system backups, availability, scheduling, server capacity and performance

•             Ability to work weekends and after hours to provide customers in differing time zones technical support, as well as taking after hours call out rotation

2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly preferred.
