Description

 

Client is currently looking for a resource with skills as both a Quality Assurance Specialist and a Business Analyst. The position would initially focus mostly on quality assurance, but also perform business analysis on other projects. The position with work with multiple project teams who are using agile processes to develop web applications using Scrum, JIRA, Java, Spring, and Tomcat.

 

This position is responsible for coordinating all testing activities for two new development projects: the Legal System and Complaints – Company Access System. The position will coordinate all user acceptance activities for both client business customers and insurance companies. The position works with project teams to document test cases, execute test scripts, record results, and communicate the results to project team. They coordinate the identification and prioritization of bug fixes and enhancements.

 

This position is also responsible for performing business analysis for application development projects. This person effectively communicates and coordinates with the business clients and technical staff to capture requirements, communicate with the development team, and ensure that the agency applications function successfully to meet varying business and technical specifications
