DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one Developer Analyst, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Developer Analyst 2 Category, Core Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Department of Banking (TDOB). 

 

                All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the TDOB.  TDOB may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TDOB will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).

 

Need an experienced .Net web application programmer to train and help the Department of Banking programmer with a web application. Most of the application is written, we just need help with certain specific issues and making sure that the latest technologies, standards and security features are utilized. Worker must be proficient using Visual Studio 2012 as the primary development tool.

 

All work will be done on site because part of the job is training the programmer as the application is being written.

II.                WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

                Minimum Requirements:

7	Developing .Net web applications using C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Razor, CSS, and JavaScript in Visual Studio

        

            Preferences:
