QA Lead
Washington, DC
12 months Contract
Phone interview and f2f will be required,
ü Oversee the following activities
o Test plan development
o Test script development
o Testing, automated and manual
o Regression testing
o Defect tracking
o Data analysis
o Metrics reporting
o Root Cause Analysis
Qualifications:
ü Strong testing experience. At least 8-10 years of testing experience.
ü Strong leadership skills with at least 4 years experience leading a team.
ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ü Experience overseeing and monitoring team deliverables.
ü Experience in business and system test case development and execution.
ü Experience developing and executing Test Cases based on Use Cases and Business Requirements
ü Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
ü Ability to use defined requirements to create thorough/reusable test scenarios.
ü Ability to lead and manage a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team
ü Knowledge of TeamTrack, RequisitePro, ClearQuest, Microsoft Project, and Quality Center
Additional Skills and Experience:
ü Excellent interpersonal skill
ü Ability to adapt to changing environment
ü Health care industry knowledge is a plus
ü Knowledge of Blues (Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans) and Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program is a plus
Deliverables:
ü Testing artifacts as outlined above
ü Other deliverables assigned by the Business Verification Director or Project Manager.
