Position: Database Architect - 3

Location: CHARLESTON,SC

Duration: 4 Months

 

Job Description:

Designs and builds relational databases. Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. Must be able to design, develop and manipulate database management systems, data warehouses and multidimensional databases. Requires a depth and breadth o f database knowledge that will help with formal design of relational databases and provides insight into strategic data manipulation. Database Architect capabilities with 6+ years of experience, independently designs and builds relational databases. Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database. Cleans and maintains the database by removing and deleting old data. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Specific tasks needed to be completed:

Develop necessary processes and computer code for SharePoint data to be pushed to SWAMP.
Develop necessary processes and computer code for SWAMP data to be pushed to Share Point.
Develop necessary processes and computer code to move plan and spec documents from SWAMP to Share Po int.
Provide support for WPDES, Plans and Specs Tracking System and STORM.

Application Development and Support of IIS/ASP.Net/MVC/DB2/Oracle Server Based Systems Using Visual *15+ Yrs.

Information Technology

Databases client SWAMP * and 10+ Yrs.
Oracle * and 15+ Yrs.

Oracle 11--5+ Yrs.

Information Technology - Languages/Tools

Oracle Developer Forms & Reports *10+ Yrs.
