Required Skills and Experience:
- VMware ESX\VSphere Virtualization Technologies (ESX 4.0 or greater, Virtual Center, P2V tools)
- Excellent research skills
- Relevant Operational and Project experience
- Technical documentation skills                
- Working Understanding of Virtualization and Cloud Technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well both independently and as a member of a high performance team.
- Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
- Proficient PC skills; proven experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiates action, and adapt to change

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with KVM, HyperV, Citrix, and other virtualization technologies
- Operating System Experience: Windows 2008, 2003, 2000 Server, SUSE Linux 10, 11, Microsoft PowerShell or VB Scripting, Linux Scripting
- Hardware Setup / Maintenance Experience: HP ProLiant ML, DL, BL Series servers, HP Blade c7000 Enclosures, HP Virtual Connect Enterprise Manager
- Working understanding of SAN technology
- Working Understanding of MS SQL
- Working Understanding of MS Exchange
- Working Understanding of Networking technology
