 Must Have:

ü  Provide a defining, senior level contribution to development team responsible for the implementation of critical SOA web-based applications using the .Net Framework and SQL Server technologies

ü  Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to define & analyze requirements

ü  Analyze, design, and develop code for all application tiers, as needed

ü  Prepare technical designs, perform code reviews, debugging and testing

ü  Define integration approaches to extend existing systems to work with an ESB Framework

ü  Work in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to fellow team members

ü  Accountability for the technical components of the design and successful operation of the ESB solution within DOE

ü  Document standards and procedures for the definition of reference architectures

ü  Provide inputs in architecting, designing, and implementing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) for the application development group

ü  Responsible for the delivery of architecture artifacts that will demonstrate the projects adherence to strategy, design patterns, and best practices

ü  Provide detailed guidance and direction for design and implementation of development frameworks and design patterns for consumption across multiple development teams

ü  Create, communicate and improve the governing principles, standards and models that detail DOE technical landscapes by reconciling various stakeholder requirements
